Lyon specialties:
Left: Quenelle, a kind of fish pudding, but you could barely taste the fish.  It had the texture of polenta!
Right: Andouliette, sausage made of TRIPE!

These beautiful quaint narrow cobbled streets made me feel like we were on the set of Harry Potter…

The Lyon “peak tram” that took us to the church on the hill top…

Nice pictures, glad you enjoyed Lyon! Thank you for sharing and for your comments, it gave me a new and interesting view on the city

    • I wish you were there!!
I had no idea Lyon was SO BIG Aline! IT was a HUGE city and BEAUTIFUL. It felt just like paris with less of the famous monumnets and churches but it was better in Paris that all the buildings were well MAINTAINED. In the street you told us to go eat, the stock exchange and all the neighbour buildlings – they were clean and white!! You could really see the love and effort put into it and htey turned on the lights at night just to illuminate these buildings! (they don’t even do that in Paris). And everywhere, it was so lively, full of people – even on a holiday.

And the Subway was C.L.E.A.N.!!! 🙂

Leave a Note! =D
