Xi Tang Watertown

Tom said he was here back when he was living here.  And the town was back then…empty.  You didn’t even have to pay to walk through the town.  Now, they’ve made a gate, and you have to pay 100 RMB to get into the village.  And every little house in the village is now occupied by a tourist shop.  I would never get these tourist shops.  Noone ever buys from them.  Most of the tourists are Chinese anyways, and they are selling things made in a small town, probably from where the tourist comes from.  Why sell them at all?  Weird.
